We were treated in a condescending and defensive manner from the moment we called. Costs were not made clear and when we asked questions we were given short, trite answers and then "I answered your question!" from Matt.
We were on a budget and the "costs" changed from 6500 to 4600 overnight when we said we would be calling back after discussing things at home overnight. We were then misdirected and mislead into listening to the FH explain that he was so happy he could help.
The "hug" at the cemetery to establish his own good will was embarrassing.
Most questions continue to be "answered" in a confrontational manner and the ever popiular "I answered your question."
