I bought Stanley Cup tickets for game 2 between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Tampa Bay Lightening. I found 4 tickets for $166 each on center ice behind the glass in row F. The tickets were way underpriced by approximatly $1500 each. I bought 4 of them on 5/30/15. I got a confirmation. http://pricesavertickets.com billed my Bank of America card.
The next morning I called thier number. I wanted to confirm when my tickets would be available. He said, oh, you ordered twice so we sold to someone else. I said that isn't true and was only billed once and only received one email from you. He said sorry.
I called back and talked with another operater. He placed me on hold and this time said that someone else bought the tickets before I did. I said how is that possible. He said it happens all the time. I said either you have terrible computer equipment which makes the website useless or they sold to a higher bidder.
Below is the email with the final sale and confirmation of my order at 11:27pm.
Below that is the email I got after I started looking into it the next day.
