VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You call this company and deal with FOREIGN (Indian) Agents! WRONG! In today's society with criminal, mischievious behavior with credit card theft you're divulging your personal information with foreign agents OUTSIDE the USA!

Although I've never had any credit theft problems (recently) I'm NOT paying this company $70/yr. ("annual fee") to support their customer service and they're RUDE, obnoxious and read from "general scripts" that don't answer your questions. My complaints/concerns were NOT addressed appropriately and when I requested a credit limit increase this past year they turned me down after I've made EVERY PAYMENT (by online payment transfers) and when they gave me a $300 limit for $70 annual fee it's JUST NOT WORTH IT and a WORTHLE$$ CARD!

Even more so they give you the customer service number on the back of the card (503) 293-4037 (long distance call). What B.S. is this? A bank with NO (800) number? RED FLAG! If they were a "real bank" or "real credit card" they'd have an (800) number.

NO NEED TO WORRY. I'm calling the (800) number that was provided in a recent report and calling Management on this matter about how POOR they're running their business and FORCING them to give me a credit of $100 for the B.S. fees they've charged me when I've scheduled online payments sucessfully within the last year.

If anyone has other issues please let me know and I'll tell you how to BEAT them at their OWN game! I've successfully done this before with the EXXON Credit Card (with FOREIGN AGENTS) and I sent GE Money Bank an email regarding their customer service issues and they gave me $50 gift certificate for Gas. I couldn't believe it. Guess they really wanted to keep me as a customer. Now that G.E. Money Bank was bought by CitiCorp/CitiBank. I cancelled my Exxon Card because of poor customer service (again).

People ("customers") don't need to take this B.S. Contact MANAGEMENT and bypass general Customer Service Reps that are only getting paid less than $6/$7 hr. to deal with your problem. If you're paying on the card and have issues. don't frustrate yourself with ignorant, unprofessional CSR's. Get the issues resolved with a Supervisor/Management and be done with it.

Only to get the run around and have my account closed. They are the WORST and most ILLEGAL company I've ever come across. They are just scamming us and getting away with it. Sad.
