HSBC aka HFC Denied modification in spite of completing all requirements, many times over 6 years. Carol stream Illinois
HSBC did the same thing to me several times since 2007. I would send and resend documents, I would complete the 6 month modification plan only to be told they didn't receive the last payment one time. And this happened 3 times over 6 years. I would gladly join a class action lawsuit so other people don't have to be screwed by HSBC
