HRS USA rip-off Again ..too chicken-bleep to talk to me
My payment for April was two days late and this company gives no grace. They charged me $29 and added it to my overall account. I was on a 1-year, no charges deal so I was just making my minimum payment each month and didn't notice that they had bumped the minimum payment up.
Subsequently, I didn't make anymore than the original $100/month payment that I had been doing. These losers then charged me, each month, an additional $29 plus finance charges on the original late fee!
When I called to ask why they didn't inform me, they siad the statement does. I looked at it and it is ambiguous at best. They created a new sub account for the late fees and charges and stated that it is like I bought something else. Needless to say, I am very angry. I have requested ( in writing because they are too chicken-bleep to talk to me) that they waive the original late fee and all subsequent fees. We'll see what they say.
