HRS USA hit me too ripoff scam
I use my bank's payment service to pay this bill. The bank sent the payment 9-24-2001 and HRS didn't post it until 10-19-01. I wrote them about it because I experienced the nastiness of their phone customer service department.
I also informed them that First USA is named in a multi million dollar class action lawsuit for doing the same thing. If this issue is not resolved, I told them I will contact my KS attorney general, which is exactly what I intend to do.
I plan on advising her to look at this web site for additional complaints. My bank is also saying they will work with me because others using the payment service are experiencing the same thing.
We should all contact our attorney generals and shut these people down.
