I am sorry for your problems with Household Bank, but once an order is invoiced the bank pays us and is then soley responsible for all credit matters.....We are not a bank. If you use your Mastercard at Sears and have a credit issue is Sears to blame? You must call Household and tell them to cancel the card. We have no way of doing that for you. As for the delivery, a simple call to our customer service line is all it takes to get a replacement piece. I can only speak for the Texas region, but we do well over 100 million a year in sales and run a 90+ percent customer approval rating on delivery. That is a LOT of furniture being delivered per day. Up to 40 deliveries per day in each of our servicable zip codes. Not too bad a job considering. I know it has been a while since your comment was posted, but this whole thing seemed one sided to me. I hope all was resolved and you are enjoying your furniture. I would also like to say this is quite an unfair forum. This man could have been helped if this site really was concerned about finding answers or solutions for the wronged people who are at their wits end over bad service. Just My Humble Opinion
