i am an ex household emplyed paid by them but was told to tell customers we work for benefical collections.. the deal with cccs is household says cccs doesnt pay the deliq amnt accured before cccs takes over and the customer is responsible for that amnt.. therefore getting the deliq amnt but interest off of the customer stickng you twice.. contact the fdcpa about this matter fair debt customer protection act about this they are there to help you
