On May 27 2016 I booked a Hot rate deal I was promised a 2.5 Location for me in my daughter in the Suburbs of Boston around Woburn,Burlington,Lexington insteal Hotwire took my money & gave me a 1.5 star hotel Extended stay Burlington hotel which reviews stated the hotel was  dirty and sometimes lacked towels and not the greatest safe choice for people traveling with kids since the front desk is rarely present , and anyone could walk in and out of the hotel and one unfortunate soul was actually Rob & Killed at that location .

 

When I called Hotwire to complain about the situation & demand a refund or change of location I was given the run down of by one of the customer service agents she claimed I had to contact the hotel to give them a notice I wasn't arriving so I agreed it was around 12pm I called the Extended stay at Burlington 2x and got no one at the front desk , then I called Hotwire and both me & the agent called the front desk and no one answered I told the Customer Service agent that the Hotel allows Cancelations before 6pm , but she still insist that I still need to verify with the Hotel before Hotwire can refund me my money !

 

The cancelation period was already over & Hotwire told me there going to make a not of my problem and escalate it to the customer relations department and they would contact the hotel  themselves & give me a call back within a week , so I waited for over a week I called them back on the 9th day just for the customer service rep to lie to me and tell me that they contacted the hotel manager & he said not to give me a refund. I felt like I have been taken advantage of and robbed I am making this report to warn everyone about the Fradulent thieving practices of this company and also The Extended stay in Burlington . I believe on trip advisers they are making their employees leaving positive reviews about them on the first to pages , because it not until 3 third page where u get the real truth about this Nasty run down hotel . Hotwire should feel ashamed of themselves forcing people to stay at this location! I did not go that Hotel and I demand my refund  and won't stop until that company does what's right!
