On 02/28/14 I did two reservations: 1076111 and 1076114 thru:

Reservations at Claremont Kissimmee Hotel, 6051 West Irlo Bronson Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747.   Arriving on 03/24/2014 and Departing on 03/28/2014.   Reservation Cost per room $144.04 with a Total of $288.08 for two rooms.

We checked out 10 minutes after checking-in at the Claremont Kissimmee Hotel due to we found many worms crawling on the beds as well as blood menstruation stains on one bed as per the attached pictures.

Immediately after living the Claremont Kissimmee Hotel on 03/25/14, I called HotelPlusPortal.com and rebooked another two rooms with the Reservation Numbers 1086287 and 1086290 at Baymont Inn & Suites Florida Mall in Orlando.

On 03/28/14 I emailed a refund request that HotelPlusPortal.com simply ignored.   Thereafter; I requested a credit for the Claremont Kissimmee Hotel numerous times, thus so far after 79 days unsuccessfully.   Always an excuse and one lie after another:

And lastly on 04/29/14 HotelPlusPortal.com emailed me a Credit Request Submitted for RESID: 1076114 ‏as well as for 1076111, stating that: “Request that has been submitted on your behalf by Freddie A on 04/29/2014 for charges related to your reservation at Claremont Kissimmee Hotel and that “The request has been expedited and you should hear back from us (via email and or telephonically)” within 7-10 business days (often much sooner). Another lie!   The 7-10 business days (often much sooner) went by and I have not received an email or a call or credit to my account.
