I have had personal dealings with Honda Financial Services & I find them to be:

-negligent, unprofessional, deceitful, dishonest, incompetent, & downright impossible to deal with in business.

Honda Financial advised me improperly on payoff procedures for my Honda buyer. The buyer reversed the charges & he got the car.

Honda needs to change their corporate culture from the top down & a class action lawsuit wiake them up.
