I have had 2 calls on my heatpump and it was not repaired either time. First the tech claimed a freon leak in coil indoors but a day later none could be found and a leak was found in outside unit valve. Second could find no cause for water leak from drain pan. I asked for second opinion beu Homeserveusa refused. master tech has advisedthat this is a common issue in heatpumps and not homeowner serviceable but simpley and easily done by technician.
