I learned about the Homerun Token HMRN from a friend in Utah. I've been careful about investing into crypto currency. I had a bad experience from another company in Utah.
I was told this crypto homeruntoken was different as they indicated on the website they would not do a rug pull. If you see the charts it was too late. 18 cents to 4 cents in less than 1 day. The dump came from a couple of large founder wallets. How does a swing like this happen unless the founders are profiting. I have lost my money.
They also promise returns to non accredited investors which is a securities issue as it appears they are raising inside the United States? So what is it... are these raised funds all coming from investors inside the US or Outside only? Can they show proof of compliance in the US? My fault in not doing the necessary due dilligence on the project and team.

They are also claiming Aaron Wagner is promoting them. Hes in Utah as well. I found nothing of the sort and researched his company at wags capital. I dont believe he would be promoting this. Please be aware investing in Crypto currency and especially new crypto companies like homeruntoken that DONT have your interests in mind.

Original poster obviously has not done their research on what constitutes a rug-pull. This token is actively traded on Pancakeswap with plenty of liquidity and is being added to CoinTiger exchange in three days. This does not constitute a rug-pull by any definition.
As for it needing to be a registered security in the US is false as well. The token is a registered entity out of Costa Rica and as such has disclosures on their site advising all US investors that it's not being promoted or sold to US investors. It is the investors responsibility to check their local laws prior to attempting to purchase on any exchange.
As for your unsustantianted claim that the "founders wallets" dumped is compltely false as ALL FOUNDERS & TEAM tokens are actually locked and have had ZERO transactions. As you hopefully know, the blockchain is a public ledger that shows EVERYTHING. Dissappointed such malicious claims would be made without providing ANY FORM of proof to your claims.
Promise returns? Again there is absolutely nowhere that "promises" returns. Again if you had done any research or simply read the companies website & disclosures, you would know that it does not promise any returns and actually adivses potential investors that there are inherent risks associated with investing and they should seek legal advise prior to investing.
Yes, Aaoron Wagner had posted on his 24 hour story via Instagram about the project. Not much more needs to be exlpained there.
This report is obiously someone who has intent on malicously attacking a legitimate project for whatever personal reasons they may have and probably shouldn't be investing if they haven't even done any research as they stated in their post.
Please take this post down since there is zero proof provided about these claims and every single claim is indeed false which can be found with a simple google search.
