I had my loan through the Money Store and then Homeq ended up with it. My husband became disabled and is unable to work at all. My payments are set up on the 15th of each month and my husbands Social Security check comes in on the 28th of each month. I have called numerous times asking if we could change the payment due date to around the 28th explaining the situation moneywise. They absolutely will not give an inch explaining that the loan is set up so THEY know how much they will make on the loan total. I end up every month with late payments and nasty letters. HELP!!!!!!
