I am stunned you would suggest that we writers / victims of your company would consider the notion of trusting your Customer Service Dept.. They, customer service will determine whats fair? Surely this is a sad joke of Yours. I think Your missing or avoiding the entire reason we are alerting everyone, potential customers, victims, anyone whom has ever heard of "Homecoming Financial. Over 190, now more, letters blasting Your Company with accurate details, hard facts, almost every one a familiar list of allegations pointing to lies and criminal behavior. On the Humane side, your inept policies and vicious practices are indicitave of a company desperately requiring a federal overall in-depth investigation. Are You even reading these letters at all..or are you spending time attempting to gather information to sue any identified writers? Your pathetic, criminallY tagged company is a sad joke on America. You're in such trouble as organized thinking and intelligent "Victims" are uniting legally to crush Your Paper Empire with your Threats, attempted Intimidation and Retaliation < Felonious Gentlemen. I now understand why the CEO of GMAC is humiliated by your disqusting reputation , methods of threat and so obvious deceptive practices. You'll change outside of legally being crushed...Me thinkst NOT! Switch to McDonalds You may by the Grace of God do slightly better!
