Hienote.com Old and Outdated Wholesale Dropship Directory Internet
I purchased the Drop Ship Product Directory from Hienote.com based on the fact that i could not find any negative information on them and what they "advertised" on their website. Among other things here is what they said:

FACT: Many have reported making sales the first week of gaining access to our exclusive list of suppliers.
When trying to find drop ship companies using their diectory I discovered the following:
Many of the drop shippers information is inaccurate, been chanaged or the company site is no longer in business. A great number expect you to pay a fee, open a website etc before they will do business with you. here are a few examples:
sheerfashions.net now redirected to classywear.com where they sell
only a turnkey website. Also yo have their email as http://sheerfasions.net/info.htm#
this is not an email :)
http://www.allwrappedup-gifts.com/ - website no longer exists - Telephone number is no good. 1-800-891-2194
http://www.certifiedclothing.com/ - site being redesigned
http://www.lowpricesforyou.com/ - Nothing more than a rediect page to other businesses and keywords, not a business at all.
So to make a long story short i requested my money back because i certainly was not satisified with this outdated directory.
Nauturally i have received no response from then regarding my request for a refund which was sent on July 8th.
I highly recommend you do not buy this directory its not what they advertise at all and inferior to some of the others out there I have seen.

This gentleman was refunded as soon as his email was received. We respond to every complaint our company receives. The fact that this customer could not find any negative information about us, is a testimonial of our honesty to customers over the years. Hienote has been in business for over twelve years, and online since 2004.
We update our directory on a monthly basis by adding new dropshippers. We also delete dropshippers from the directory who may have changed their policy, or have gone out of business. It's no secret that many dropshippers have gone out of business since the downturn in the economy. We have witnessed this first hand as we stay in contact with them. Yet, we have seen many new ones emerge as we find them at tradeshows. Some of the most interesting products and dropshippers have emerged in recent months and we have added their information to the directory.
Anyone who follows our directory knows this past June 2010 we added a brand new section on international dropshippers. We keep our information up to date. That is our business and promise to customers.
