Hhgregg Sawmill Store ripoff, treated very rudely, cheated me. Columbus Ohio
On September 30, 2003 I purchased a Maytag dishwasher at hhgregg Sawmill store in Columbus Ohio. I had done a lot of research and comparitive pricing and my purchase was done late at night and I was tired. I couldn't decide on the color, there was a $200 difference in price between the black and the stainless steel models. I thought, well I will just make a decision, so I bought the stainless steel model and wrote a check for the entire amount that night.
The next day I changed my mind. I called the store and spoke to my sales person, Kelly Berry to change the color from stainless steel to black. The price difference was $200. He said that I would receive a check in the mail in 7 to 10 business days. On September 21 I received a check made out in the wrong name for $96.07. I called the store manager and was treated very rudely. Now that they have my $100 dollars I do not expect to ever see that difference in price.
I plan on telling all my friends and co-workers how rudely I was treated by the Sawmill hhgregg store manager. It is unfortunately because my sales person Kelly Berry was just great and very knowledgeable.
