HFC offered me loan with interest rate, guaranteed that interest rate was based on the balance remaining monthly. HFC offers flat interest rate no matter what. Also when guaranteed early payoff without penalties, HFC demied that was ever implied. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HFC AGAIN. FRAUD!
