Tech support Hewlitt Packard

brought new HP Pav PC 8650C and was having some hassles, then tried to consult HP but had no 800 phone save for voice mail and NO help here, then I tried the HP Help website, again NO Help one cant Email problems or issues that many were listed on Forum.Yes HP is a good buy BUT improve Tech Support Services.If not who will? Modernize website HP.
