I was told incorrect information regarding the System Chassis Airflow, was told that it was a 'advanced model' and that my computer would be just fine. Now, my GPU is reaching upwards of 100C approximately 10C over the recommended maximum.
Contacted Support email, they told me that they want me to send my computer in for their techs to look at, but will cost me my computer for upwards of two weeks. I am a student, and cannot, not have access to my computer, for purposes of typing essays and such. They claim that they 'cannot find' the logs of the conversation. I was using alias of either James Cashalot(inside joke) or Brendan Pitts. I have, due to this, wasted ample amount of valuable time, missed the rebate that was going on, when I asked regarding the need for a new case, and was told that I didnt need to do so, lost about 25bucks on installation of the graphics card as well as about 15 dollars in gas and other expenses.
Files with BBB and am awaiting response. This is rediculous...

there were places called LIBRARIES. They are places that you can go to, for free, and use the computer.
You used aliases when you chatted with tech support? No wonder they can't find the records!
You never said if you were still under warranty or not, but 2 weeks seems fairly reasonable if you don't have an on-site warranty.
