I submitted the $400 rebate application form by beginning of May. Understand that usually it will take 2-3 months in order to obtain the rebate check.

By August 11, we received a rebate check for $200 from HP. Called them immediately to tell them the check was short. The girl answered the phone said that she had to check with their manager and will re-issue the check in full amount and ask us do not deposit the check.

Sep 16, nothing happen, called them again and the girl looked up from their record and realized the problem had not been looked after, she promised the check should be in our hands in 2 weeks.

Oct 16, another month passed, still no check, called them again, left voice mail and nobody replied as their recording machine said someone will call back within 24 hours. Tried again, talked to a person, she said she had to check to her manager. I asked to talk to her manager but she said that her manager is not there. I said asked her to call me back, nothing surprise, nobody ever call me back.

For one $200 check it has wasted my time to follow it up. Are their manager is that busy or they just never do anything???
