These guys could care less about their customers, Their knives are misrepresented. The inexpensive knives have a very small fraction of surgical steel. They will rust when just lightly scratched. And they will need sharpening, just ask the demo reps how often they change their demonstration knives? Try every show, because they dull after cutting into a cheap hammer(the hammer they use will shatter into pieces if thrown against concrete, my boss Mark D. jokingly told me.) The real joke is they turn around and sell those used demo knives after being cleaned up. Unfortunately, I worked with Hessler Worldwide and was trained by Mark D. to do this. Ridiculous and greedy is all I can say!

I am not posting this only because I am mad.. I am posting this to steer consumers away!

I made sure not to be scammed by holding their product after non-paid commissions on my paycheck, and they eventually paid up! I got a check the same day wired, and they got their $4000 in knives back! But many other employees have not been paid or not paid at all by this company!. They hire salespeople and get them to hand out advertisement, travel and carry merchandise and carry boxes during training, basically do all the 'dirty work'. When they smell the coffee or quit because of the stress, most never get paid for the work they did or sets they sold!

The only reason they have a good rating with the BBB is because the knives are so cheap, they can afford to replace them free when complaints arise". They may get one complaint for every 50 sets sold,. Most people do not take the time to send the knives back and pay shipping and postage". Most lose the warranty with address and info or forget they had a guarantee.  BTW they do make the consumer pay $8.95, well above cost, for shipping. Basically it's not a guarantee, it is merely an offer to sell you another knife!

Just think to yourself, $50 for 10 Surgical Steel Knives? I guarantee the Surgeons pay more. If it's too good to be true, well you know the rest! Beware of this misrepresented company!

This company seems to have a history of compensation misrepresentations with not paying, as agreed. In my humble oppinion, this company is required to pay min. wage under the Fair Labor Standards Act. (FLSA) Many companies try to use vendor services for salepeople in their big box stores. They seek to circumvent labor laws with plausable denial. Contact a labor attorney for possible class action against this company and name the big box store as co-defendant. A multi-million dollar suit will cause this practice to be modified. The Waltons are good for attempting to circumvent Labor Laws. This organization appears to circumvent the FLSA, as well.
