Heritage Family Library Used College Student to SELL books, now after 2 Years won't stop sending them!! Nashville Tennessee
I ordered some books from these people when I was home schooling my son, he is TWENTY now. Have sent many books back "Return To Sender - CANCEL Further Shipments".
They keep coming and I return them, now the collection notices are coming. I paid one in June by accident thru billpay and now have stopped payment on a check my office manager sent without knowledge of the situation.
They will probably try to ruin my credit but I am over trying to contact these people. Their many numbers are 800-251-1520, 800-451-5002, 800-829-5538, and 615-391-2899.
I hope these people can't sleep at night, better yet they should be in JAIL.

Send a certified letter with a return receipt to the following address:
Heritage Family Library
(615) 391-2899
2451 Atrium Way, Nashville, TN
State that you no longer wish to receive any more shipments of books from them. Also state that continued shipments will be investigated under the Postal Regulations of the United States and by the Postal Inspectors Service. Also forward a copy of your letter with an explanation to your State Attorney General's Office for Consumer Affairs. If they keep coming (the shipments), go to your local Postmaster and complain. If nothing happens, write the Postal Inspectors Service in Washington, D.C.
