Hercules movers I hired them to move me they told me all these horrible stories about VIP moving company and everything they said that they did is exactly what they did to us. Houston Texas
staying current status not to get insurance because they fix everything for free hundred percent . Well that's not exactly true they broke my chair misstep the sensors in my TV because I had it upside down come to find out I'm gonna have to give them $75 to fix my dining room chair because you have to pay them to do it several of my boxes were busted open One of the movers stole my two dollar bills that I saved for my grandson and I still have not found the medication they charge by the hour I have video of how slow the guys move I have video of my chair everything they said was a lie
I Hired Hercules movers they came to my home and gave me an estimate on a two-story three-bedroom to family room house. They said they could move everything back a few boxes and my out side dining room table . We said that was fine between my husband's truck not Tahoe in my sons truck we can get all that they charge by the hour OK tell me it just take few hours in three movers OK free storage for up to seven days we said OK . Then they told us don't worry about that you're getting and Sharon sounded they pay up to 100% there's not a problem blah blah blah they'll cover it we said great sounds good. The movers come out they are supposed to be professional movers trained to get the job done efficiently or so Larry said. When they get there they load up most of the boxes they folded my pillow top mattress and a half Torah Torah Bucksprings left my washer dryer everything on the patio all the big things we need moved . Professionals would have known the washer dryer all of the big ideams instead they left us a lot of the big stuff we had to get a U-Haul trailer and move it ourselves. However they did offer to send another truck and just two movers so it wouldn't cost us as much but it would still be $110 an hour plus the cost of the truck loading it and unloading and that was their solution. Oh and the insurance that we didn't need to pay for because they were going to cover it 100% broke my chair messed up the sensors on my TV but screen it's going to cost me $75 in order for them to replace it they're running a scam by using VIP movers they are all in it together because Frank sounds just like the owner VIP when you talk to him on the phone . They come out and under bed they'll say that they can move it in their truck except for maybe just a tiny bit knowing the whole time you need two trucks or a bigger company they know that you need to pay for that insurance because they are not going to cover nothing am I not getting the entrance there is no claims against them. They use day laborers not professional I have video to prove that more than likely illegal but that's not here nor there I believe that they probably do not pay these people and they work on tips alone because they ask for tips .there is a lot more of a scam going on with this Company than people realize. I'm going to do the best I can to get the word out in Houston but they really need to be investigated seriously investigated.
