I read the good ship Lolly pop report some idiot wrote defending this guy he builds crap uses bad materials has no plans and rents to trash builds low cost poorly constructed boxes with little design and hurts the avg sales price in the neighborhoods infected by his builds he leaves trash around his sites cheats customers on finish out is too cheap to put gas meters in and is just out to screw you - drive around quail run drive his other build outs they are full is drastic design issues glad you are happy with sub par - you know not what you could have had, herbs bad karma is already coming for him in his own completion and consumers that know hayseed is hayseed , his day is coming Buyer beware
