 This is the new company that Herb Kible owns in the philippines. They are giving way too high incentives but they dont give a a **** about their employees!

im working right now at herb"company located in shaw blvd worldwide center lower ground called Pantheon Concepts,he terminated all 50 agents including TL"s he said that they are not productive enough we were just taking calls for 3 days he is expecting for us to perform like the tenured from metis that they took from his former company.He is forcing my officemates to sign a form that they got terminated due to non performance,I dont know if he is going to pay them for the days of training.We also didnt sign any contract we dont have any I.D but one thing is for sure were going to throw him to where he belong with his b*ch claire!

This is for those people who might be lured into working for him or who are working from him: HERB KIMBLE IS CURRENTLY HIDING, TRYING TO ESCAPE PERSECUTION FOR CASES FILED AGAINST HIM. IF YOU ARE WROKING FOR HIM OR HAVE PLANS OF WORKING FOR THIS CON-ARTIST, THINK TWICE, YOU'RE ABOUT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE AND CAREER. For people who have information on where this SCAMMER is hiding or working, please post it here. Let people know who they'll be dealing with before they even think about working with this guy.

Ive heard about this guy although Im not sure if this is true but what I can tell you si that some people I know hates this guy.....How come our government haven't done anything with this guy? But currently I've heard this guy is working at Prime? Hey Trainwreck pm me if this is true....

I used to work for this guy as one of his managers. He has no regard for his employees' morale and welfare. All he sees is numbers and money. I recently resigned from the company and filed a number of labor related cases against this man. For those who are interested in working for him, please read on and make up your mind before making the biggest mistake of your life. I will enumerate facts about this man, being a trusted (and later betrayed friend), these are facts that i think I should let everyone know: 1. He has been fired from a number of companies here in the Philippines for numerous reasons. Search his name out on google or just talk to someone who has been in the outbound call center circle for the past 2-4 years and you'll find out a lot about this guy. 2. He has no regard for Philippine Labor Laws. I am a living witness to all these. If you have plans of working with this guy, brace yourself, it's either you take a PAY-CUT, you get paid late (late for weeks, take note) or you don't get paid at all. He IMPOSES mandatory overtimes for his employees for him to bag more money from his clients but refuses to pay overtime premiums. 3. Check out the BIR, see if he has filed taxes for the past year or so. Also check with the IRS, (in the US), for him and his "PARTNER" (there is a four letter word that starts with F and ends with U that best describes his relationship with her) Claire Reyes, and see if they've been paying their taxes. 4. Let me quote his requirements for you to be hired as an agent for his company: YOU SHOULD HAVE BIG BREASTS AND BOTTOMS. That came from him, personally. 5. Morally speaking, he is not a good example at all to his employees. He is married to a Filipina in the US with two kids and currently lives and has a relationship with his partner and occasionally exchanges text messages with girls he fancy. 6. Ask former employees of his companies. If you have Friendster (a social networking site: www.friendster.com), search out people who worked for the following companies: Verve, University Loan Services, Teletrinsic Contact Center Solutions, Havenlink Contact Solutions, Medialink Contact Solutions and Hellocorp. Ask them, and you'll find a great deal of information about this guy. This list could go on and on. One piece of advice to people who have been victimized or abused by this guy one way or another: BOND TOGETHER AND GATHER EVIDENCES THEN SUE HIM JUST LIKE WHAT I DID. Don't let a guy like this add up to the scum infesting the call center industry here in the Philippines.

The company he now works for is called Ameritech Security. It is in Ortigas...in a building on the 17th floor. I am an ex-employee of Ameritech Security and i was terminated abruptly for "not meeting the quota for the week". I have yet to receive my backpay which is 19,000 pesos.
