Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Have you fallen for Thomas Montgomery’s Fake Credit Program???

 Healthy People, a non-profit organization, just announced a new home buying program for individuals and families with challenged credit.  Regardless of current credit scores, the Bridge Program is able to assist in purchasing a home.

I originally paid 399 for my husband and I to work his credit repair program.  Which you do all yourself with supposed help from his fictitious attorneys.  We realized he had not enrolled us in this bridge program that is what we really needed to be doing.  That of course  additional money for a total outlay of $995.

This bridge program using grants thru his non-profit organization guaranteed we would receive the $995 back at the closing for home loan.  He claimed he had people who would assist us in finding funding for a home loan.  This was again false information and more lies.  Here is just one quote from his numerous e-mails to me:

"You’ll get the full $995 credited back at closing so net cost of $0.  OK?

Thomas Montgomery, MHA, MBA

Healthy People, a non-profit organization"

Here is more of the garbage he claims works:

Healthy People, a non-profit organization, just announced a new home buying program for individuals and families with challenged credit.  Regardless of current credit scores, the Bridge Program is able to assist in purchasing a home.

The Home Buying Program is available at no cost to participants and incorporates an innovative multidisciplinary model including a Financial Wellness Consultant who quarterbacks the Program, a loan officer who provides the mortgage, and a law firm who helps improve credit leveraging key federal laws like the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

This comprehensive approach is necessary as more than a good credit score is needed to obtain a mortgage.  However, improving credit is at the core of the initiative including removing derogatory (negative) items and adding new positive credit.  For example, the Program includes a guaranteed issue, $5,000 credit limit credit card that reports to all three bureaus.  The addition of this "trade line" to a person's credit profile has averaged a 67 point increase even before removing any negative information.  **(yea he claimed my fee would cover the $79 dollar charge to open the 5K account which also was only approved for $2500.  Still waiting for him to reimburse me for that fee as well)

**Then he pushes you by saying the following;

Because of the hands-on nature of the Home Buying Program, only a limited number of individuals/families are able to enroll per month.  Thus, interested parties are encouraged to apply immediately.

What?  Still waiting for all that hands on help.  It has been over 14 months and still waiting to get my home loan, that he guaranteed in 90 days or less.  So where is my refund?  I have called and called left more than 40 messages...sent e-mails..I get a reply from some of his staff that they will help me get the loan....Hmmm***still waiting.  His program is full of false statements and guarantees for a price that he has no intentions in backing up.  Give me my money back!!!!!

I am turning this over to the BBB, Texas attorney general and since I am located in another state I will also turn my complaint over to My State attorney general.  This guy has got to be stopped.
