Havoline Xpress Lube Texaco Xpress Lube Charged me $67 extra but we did not agree on the price. Largo Florida
They advertised $19.99 oil change on their sign but charged me an unprecidented $86.99. Told me it was because I needed synthetic oil. We did not agree on a price, nor was a price ever mentioned, excpeted for the $19.99 on the sign. Rip off.
