This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.  I ordered two baby carriers from them back in October.  By December I was contacting them to find out where they were.  My friend had her twins at the beginning of November and was struggling to get around with a double pram - hence the need for her and her husband to have these carriers, which were meant to be a gift from me to make life easier.  I simply got the automated response from Bob Gates - the only reply I ever received was that they could not track international shipping (!).  Amazon don't seem to have a problem.

They ignored all my emails asking them for a refund even when I explained I would have to re-purchase these carriers as they were desperately needed - all to no avail.  I think they thought that as I was all the way over in the UK there would be nothing I could do bar keep sending them emails - wrong!  I filed a complaint last week with the Federal Trade Commission (easy to do, they're online and throroughly recommended) and contacted Visa to act on my behalf in obtaining a refund.  I then emailed ANZ to tell them what I'd done and that I would happily spread news of their nightmare customer service online at every opportunity.  The very next day a refund was made.  No apology or explanation, just a one liner to inform me that a refund had been completed.

What a pathetic way to run a business.  Oh and the carriers? Still no sign of them.  I bought some more in this country. Avoid this company like the plague unless you like throwing money away!
