I am extremely happy that this gentleman had better luck with this company. I, however, still have never received my product nor have I received a refund on my credit card which was promised to me in March. I continue to get the run around from various representatives with this company. The standard line is that my refund is being processed & will take approximately 4 days. This has been going on for over 6 weeks now & my credit card company still has not received a credit/refund from this company.

I do not work for nor am I connected in any way except to order from this conmpany. I to ordered a hairmade in january of 2004 for my wife. In march they deducted my payment. The company explains before you buy it that there orders are behind several weeks because of the popularity with disabled. They are a small company and because of the overwellming demand, can't return all the requests for info on orders in a timely manner. After a loooong wait I received my hairmade yesterday april 14, 2004. I'm sure this lady received hers by now but didn't bother with a retraction. My wife is COMPLETELY satisfied with this product and every person who has a disability could use and should have this invaluable product. It was worth the loooong wait. Expect a looong wait if you order from hairmade but they didn't rip me. Hope this helps incase you wanted to order from the company.
