I got ripped off as well. they said it was free and i would only pay for shipping and handling . I got charged 190.80 on my credit card. Meanwhile i refused the product, gave it back to the post man, because box was leaking out clear liquid gel. Tried to get my credit card company to remove charge. Still waiting, but there saying its past the time frame of credit. Tried to write the company but it came back to me!!! Very upset about this. Any suggestions??

I cannot give you my name because I am an employee of this company.
If want to call the 800#, call on thursday and friday. The call center is open until 5pm Pacific Time. There is always someone there until 5pm.
If you talk to Emelina or Claudia (Call Center Mgrs.) they will just listen to what you have to say and not help you. I work in the call center and they do that all the time. If the customer service rep. tells you that they have to take your # down and Eme or Claudia will call you back, forget about it. The next time that you call, they will tell you that they have a "call list" and your name wasn't on the list and that's why a call wasn't returned to you.
You can call 818-955-5068 (It's Maria Rodrigues's office #. She's the Market supervisor for the call center. If for some reason, the # is changed, call information to Genesis Intermedia Inc. in Van Nuys (pronounced Nies like Dies), California. If you call information and get the # from there, a receptionist named Cheryl will answer the phone. She is a hard one to get by, but if you are extremly nice to her and specifically ask for Maria Rodrigues and sort of sound professional, she will let you through. If you get to Maria's voicemail, leave a message for her just to call you back regarding one of the 800#'s that is listed on the television screen and that All the calls are going to your business. They are worried about losing calls (I mean money).
I tried to access our website, but for some reason the address is no longer valid. This place is no place to get products or to be employed at. They fired a nice customer service rep. because she had too many doctors appts. (she had 2 seisure episodes in one week). I hope that this helps you.

I also saw their infomercial. When I went online and attempted to purchase their 4 month supply, it came up as a $7.95 shipping fee. When I attempted to check out, it changed to approx. $180.00. I did not check out, instead I sent an email asking why this was. They did not reply. I made a second attempt ot purchase at their special shipping only offer. Again the same thing. I emailed them asking why, again no response. Sounds like they have something to hide.
Plus, if their product is the same as avacor as they claim, it does not work anyway. I purchased from avacor. They did not supply a return address. when I emailed them to request the address, I received no response. I made a second attempt and again no response. I sent it back to the only address I could find online. I then received a reply in the mail that I missed the refund cut-off by 2 days. They are also a scam company!..

On the shopping cart page of VITAFREE.COM, it clearly states with a double asterisk footnote that the shipping and handling charge of $7.95 is PER BOTTLE, NOT per month.
3 bottles per month for 8 months would be 24
bottles total. 24 bottles at $7.95 per bottle
would be $190.80. I'm not sure where the other 3
cents ($190.83 - $190.80) comes in.
Are you sure you heard $7.95 per month or was it
$7.95 per bottle? Sure, $7.95 per month is probably too high for shipping and handling (unless one bottle was shipping by itself). Remember folks, there's no such thing as a free lunch (or free new hair growth either).
