Greg Sundem November 1, 1963 changes phone number often, over 25 different residences Greg Sundem has a very nefarious history involving medical receivables and Pharmacy marketing schemes. Most notably Sundem has been associated with Mesa Pharmacy Irvine. Mesa went public in 2014 under the name of Praxsyn Pharmacy. This pretty much tells it all:workcompcentral.com/news/article/id/3e29456bbd2a908479340d93652b97027642a4bb Sundem acted in concert with John Shebanow in forming Praxsyn and taking Mesa public. Sundem and Shebanow are under investigation by the SEC for this pump and dump scheme. During his time at Mesa, Sundem worked with a marketing firm headed by John Garbino and David Fish. David Fish plead guilty to Worker Comp fraud

dir.ca.gov/Fraud_Prevention/Documentation/Fish_David/GS_Fish_David.pdf. John Garbino plead guilty to Worker Comp fraud .justice.gov/opa/file/869106/download Garbino/Sundem/Fish/Mesa concocted a scheme whereby Mesa sold "sample” cream to doctors for a few dollars. The doctors rubbed a sample on their patients and charged the insurance company several hundred dollars. In return, the doctors wrote prescriptions for Mesa’s magic cream. Mesa Pharmacy was formed by Bennie Birch, a convicted felon who was issued a cease and desist order from the State of California. dbo.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/2013/Pharmacy_Development_Corporation.pdf Records indicate Sundem as an officer of Praxsyn Pharmacy in Nevada in 2014 while, while he was a partners in companies he defrauded into putting up money to buy Mesa A/R. He fabricated collection curves to entice his partners to buy Mesa A/R where he was paid a kick back nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch

/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=dual%252benfdIJOSC1R8KWzPA%253d%253d He was appointed CEO of Praxsyn in 2014. It appears Praxsyn closed operations in Irvine in an attempt to avoid civil/criminal prosecution and moved their operations to Las Vegas as Nevada Health Rx Inc. https://www.nvsilverflume.gov/businessSearch Three different sets of former partners have sued Sundem in State Court. Do some digging on this guy and you will find a lot of skeletons….
