Greenway Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Refuses to fix my car due to manufacture recall ORLANDO Florida
In June my dodge durango caught fire in dashboard I called Chrysler and they told me to tow car over to Greenway Chrysler Jeep and Dodge car was towed to establishment dealing with a MECHANIC named brian who diagnosed that the coles were the cause of gire and it was due to recall and Chrysler was liable but an investigation had to be done well the investigator came out to dealership CHECKED car annd said it was recall but prior to all this my fiance had taken car in for recall on airbags and they started saying they jad told him about coils which was a lie they him they were missing right airbag and would contact him and tp sign a computer tab .. They REFUSE to fix my car it is now AUGUST and theyare trying to charge me storage I have an elderly mother 5 children oneof my daughter's pregnant an autistic son I did not know of this issue until I almost could have died with my mom how dare they continue to lie and refuse to fix something caused by manufacture I will go to news if I have to I am a server trying to survive with my family my car was our transportation I feel as though I am being scammed
