When I was informed that I would be transferred from a Bank of America mortgage account to GreenTree, I was happy to be away from BofA, but now I miss them. I received a "welcome letter" this past November from GT Servicing, but guess what...the URL they provided didn't work UNTIL December - yet I received my welcome letter in November. Wake up CEO and Marketing Dept!

The letter claimed that I would be transferred to GT December 1st, but said BofA would transfer funds to them. Guess what - that didn't happen. I called them early December and told them I already paid BofA and they said OK. Then I received a call 10 days later asking where my payment was. I ended up paying them over the phone since their customer service dept was clueless.

It's now Dec 30th and I wanted to pay my account online (looks like I missed the auto-payment plan by 2 days) and they want to change me a "Convenience Fee" of $12.00! Are you kidding me. No other company that I have dealt with has EVER charged me a fee to pay auto-withdrawal or check. Talk about ROBBERY! 

So I will pay with a check and waste paper using snail mail because the CEO needs more money to continue his sorry company.
