i dont even know where to begin. in 2012, we did a modification loan on our home with bank of america. the next thing we know we are with greentree servicing,no notice,nothing. anyway by jan and feb.of 2013 GT said we were 78,000 behind in our modification,27,000 in escrow and late by 1110 days. we were current never missed a payment nor been late! i went thru alot of mental anguish torment leg work and hours and hours of paperwork trying to figure this out. i called them on a constant basis like they did me i wanted answers. Came down to them saying it was the servicer??? they all along were the ones with the money.

i kept making payments, and it actually took until july of 2015 to get my account straight,still not sure about all of the interest or deferred balance or cooperate balances,still working on that.so...2 1/2 years it took me to do the leg work for them to figure out they were wrong. Well 90 days later, a letter out of Texas office saying we were 49,000 past due and out of the South Dakota office statement saying 78,000 past due. i contacted them right away and no one would fess up to what i had recieved,they said they would get back to me the end of Oct.2015. No one did and their reason for that was because I contacted the BBB is what i was told by a financial analyst. I wanted a :maintenance report on this second time in less than 90 days on what they have done to my account.

No one would take my calls, they have played with about 200,000 of our money, two different times on our account with in the last year of it being straighted out in july 2015. This company has made me a nervous wreck, put alot out there for a married couple to fight about, being belittled by people on the other end who dont even know me. we did nothing wrong, but yet they tell me i need to go back to school to learn a few things. I found the mistakes for them the 1st time, this second time i have nothing to go on except a bogus statement. I did make a payment, but...i will not keep handing over our hard earned money until i get some resolution. They sent forclosure notices, loss of litigation paperwork,had some drive up to our house with paperwork,and mind you never missed a payment while this is going on Again in Oct 2015, the thing is they dont feel bad about anything they say or do.
