1. I paid a Goldsboro, North Carolina attorney Darrell K. Brown for child custody representation and Brown conspired or schemed with "DSS" opposing counsel CONCEALING the mothers Altonisha Edwards (sponsoring) a U.S. VISA Citizenship benefit fradulent applications for SPOUSE IMMIGRATION August 14th, 2015 having highly secreted concealed custody meetings with the trial judge before executing custody parternity court order four months after August 14, 2015 trial; and the entire meetings were concealed nor did the US VISA IMMIGRATION RECIPIENT ATTEND TRIAL for which he was subject to be legally JOINED
2. Attorney Darrell K. Brown concealed the US VISA recipient, colluded then sent me invoices for over $3000 when it was a flat fee arrangement.
3. Upon other attorneys and state employees informing of the successful RICO conspiracy or schemes the entire trial was said to have been staged as to allow concealments and the tampering, alterations of the court audio recordings. Upon getting copies in fact found true audios spoliation tampering altered redacting and rerecording of portions of the trial to exclude incriminating evidence of false Nigeria Africa birth certificate presented in purview of the Court ID as Victor Kalu Elezuo real name Don Victor Obewu;
4. Collectively, the trial judge Elizabeth Heath, clerk of the court custodian of records, DSS attorney Natarlin Best, "GAL" attorney Darrell K. Brown; Sr. District Judge David Brantley; and BIVENS SIX UNKWN AGENTS\OFFICIALS conspired to conceal U.S. VISA Citizenship spouse U.S. entry; and prearranging custody; and allowing a U.S. Citizens to pay for legal services (or deny honest services) in theft of services; msil fraud; in intentional breach of contract;
5. 2018 These discoveries lead to a diabolical plot to murder a United States American citizen the father

Natarlin Best, department social services attorney repeated PERJURY, fabricating evidence to conceal in court, but shares with Public, and federal governments to gain access to programs. This was the entire conspiracies and\or schemes by the Edwards FBI Informants, to be completed with the planting of evidence incarceration, to result in MURDER given the child molester allegation the attorneys Darrell K. Brown, and Natarlin Best, and Judges David Brantley, Judge Elizabeth Heath, Judge Annette Turik, Judge Wendy Hazelton engaged in prior agreement, and did in fact fabricate evidence under color of authority VAWA federal funded state instrument gained by FRAUD New Year Eve December 31, 2014 ex parte 14CVD305 the Courts not in session
