Hello,

I am currently, working with Indiana local district senators on an investigation regarding unethical lending practices of Green tree LLC. I also, am in contact with current customers of Green tree that are sharing there great concern about the massive issues that are going on all over the US. These issues are affecting everyone’s lives from all walks of life. I would, like to ask if you would consider engaging in a serious conversation about what is going on to help create good solid solutions to these issues. Lastly, I have been a victom three times since 2006 of unethical lending practices. I am in the process of creating an organization to start a nationwide investigation on these issues. All informationI recieve will be forwarded to senators.

If we all work together we can stop people from losing there homes we have the upper hand we vote them in and we can vote them out.

So what is going to make your organization any different than the numerous other organziations out there that do the same thing?  What in "nationwide" investigation on "unethical" lending practices are going to be any different than the numerous "Class Action" lawsuits or Congressional Investigations that have already occured and are occuring to this day.

No let me guess..you are somehow having "issues" making your payments for something that is of course not your fault, and you want the government to come and bail you out...for the 4th time. After all if you have been a "victim" 3 times and still have your house something must have gone right.   Either that your you have been one of a very small percentage of people that buy a house more often than they buy a car to be on your 3rd house in the last 8 years.

Here is something to think about, and something you don't want to hear.  Even if the lenders approved mortgages they shouldn't have..the borrower(you) needs to have enough PERSONAL responsibility that you should be aware if YOU can actually afford the house.
