Booked a trip to the Bahamas in Spring of 2017, then Hurricane Irma hit and we weren't able to go on our cruise. We asked Grand Celeb to refund our money and they wouldn't. They told us to wait until the damage was cleared up and when I say it could take years, the csr told us not to worry. When we followed up again and said we would report fraud to our bank if they didn't refund our money, they said they don't do refunds and that they told us that when we booked the trip, which they never did. We wouldn't have booked a trip that could not be refunded if we didn't go. We reported fraud to our bank and will see what they can do. Do not get a trip or cruise from these people. They are scammy and sleasy. Beware
