CONSUMERS BE CAREFUL!!! James is very good @ telling you want to hear. But the reality is the following (that I as a customer have experienced).
1). Never showed at the time he stated (usually 2-3 hours later) I was driving over an hour to meet James and his employees always had a poor excuse.
2). Before they even put a brush to my home, his employees would try to sell or upgrade to a higher cost (one of his employees) after 10 minutes of painting started to paint the inside of my garage & then told me he could finish it for an additional $250.00 throughout the entire job every little question. I asked (I had received other estimates, so I understood the procedure that "should” be taking place). I was told By His pool decking employee and by his Painter (the lead on the job) oh that will be more money.
3). They failed horribly on prepping the job. Great amount of overspray everywhere.
4). If I wasn’t there the job was even worse and rushed James was never to be found.
5). James would drop them off and leave, they would have to wait for him to deliver what they wanted, they actually left a nozzle and wand In His truck and couldn’t start spraying the pool cage.
6). Another employee(Subcontractor) going through my garage. When confronted he said that james’ Father said I can use your ladder, the one rescreening the pool cage. Who also drove on my property to have his truck and tools by the pool cage (without my permission).
7). Rushed Job, James is untrustworthy. Employees encouraged to sell and upgrade (according to employees they receive Commision)
8). Pool was left a mess they never covered the pool Overspray, cement, pool decking inside pool.
9). Pool deck is coming up.
10). James is ignoring my text and calls Will have to hire another contractor and Sue Gq STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK AND HIS HENCHMEN !!!!! DONT FALL PREY TO HIS PRICING THE JOB WILL REFLECT IT!!! I SHOULDNT HAVE PAID THE BALANCE.
