Complaint Review: Google Adwords -

I own a small nationwide IT onsite repair company , and have been around since 2009. When I first opened my IT onsite repair company I started using Google AdWords. I used Google Adwords from 2009 to 2013 when they suddenly and without ANY explanation at all expelled me from their pay per click platform. By 2013 my company had grown substantially, and im sure by competitors who by this time had taken notice of my fast growing company had something to do with Google AdWords deciding to , without warning , in a matter of less then 24 hours , kick me off their pay per click platform.

Google AdWords is bias and discriminates against certain people, not your regular run of the mill story of bias and discrimination , no , in this case here , Google AdWords lends its ears to other big business giants such as theirselves, and so if your company starts to do so well that it becomes a competitor of  one of Googles big business friends , Google AdWords will smack you down in the defense of its big business , deep pocket friends, and leave you , the little guy out in the cold and homeless shelter as I eventually had to go to shortly after they closed my account back in 2013 , WITHOUT EXPLANATION AND WITH NO VALID REASON. 

I believe that is what has happened to me. 

But since we are now in 2019, 10 years later , and my business is thriving , and now with thousands upon thousands of happy customers under my belt over the years , and all done without Google AdWords help ; I figured I’ll give it another try and attempt to re-open my old Google AdWords pay per click account that’s been shut down since 2013.

Below is my written argument to Google AdWords as to why they should let me back in after 6 years of having ousted me WITHOUT EXPLANATION AND WITH ANY GOOD REASON.

You will then see their simple , uncaring run of the mill response to my request . 

They cite the reason they can’t let me back in after 6 years is because my ads were “violation of our Google Ads policies“ 

BUT THEY NEVER AGAIN ANSWER MY EMAILS OR MY CALLS TO LET ME KNOW WHAT THAT HORRIBLE VIOLATION WAS OR IS !!!!!!

All the meanwhile , they allow other companies newer and similar to mine , that even have names similar to mine ,  advertise THE SAME EXACT SERVICE on Google AdWords !!

What’s the differnce between those newer companies that are allowed and mine ? 

For one , those other companies that are allowed are NOT companies that are here in the USA or who have techs or employees here in the USA ,....those other companies are allowed by Google AdWords to advertise to USA customers , while lying to them and saying that they are here in the USA when they are not !

My company and I are American , and all my techs are American , and we only advertise here in the USA to fellow Americans ......but Google AdWords kicks us off their pay per click platform while letting these other companies stay on ??!!

WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO ? 

Do not trust Google AdWords for the long term , they will terminate you FOR NO GOOD REASON , they will NEVER GIVE YOU AN EXPLANATION as to WHY you were terminated , and you will never be able to find out the reason why. 

Kind of like “ whoever I like can stay , whoever I don’t like it going to kick out , for no valid reason other then because I don’t like you “ 

TOTALITARIAN , GLOBAL DESCRIMIBATORY AND UNFAIR GOOGLE ADWORDS IS!!

HERE IS MY RECENT WRITTEN REQUEST TO THEM:

You have wrongfully discriminated me for years. Competitors got to your ear & told you :

”look, they sound too much like xxxx squad “ , while all the meanwhile our name “ geeks xx xxxxx “ is a lot more like “ geeks xx xxxxx “ not “ xxxx squad “ .

I am an American citizen ,born in Houston Texas raised in Arlington VA , I advertise to my fellow Americans , people I was born with and was raised with.

Over the past 10 years I have accumulated over 19,000 HAPPY customers .

You allow companies with no physical shop or location here in the USA , companies that’s are from India and other countries advertise “ local computer repair” on Google AdWords in the United States of America , yet oust and block a tax paying American company as myself , trying to do business in my own land.

I didn’t want to believe what some people say about Google AdWords , but if you let Indian companies advertise to Americans , while kicking the American companies out ....it must all be true.

Why do companies such as geeksva.com & helpmecomoutergeeks.com get access to AdWords and we don’t ?

AND HERE IS THEIR ONE AND ONLY RESPONSE ( MIND YOU ITS BEEN 6 YEARS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT TOLD ME WHY I WAS KICKED OUT OR WHY THEY WONT LET ME BACK IN :
