Golden Nugget Lake Charles Rude and mean to my wife and i Lake Charles Texas
Poor drink service, was told they couldn't give free drinks because of a audit. Every employee that I talked to said they hated their job. The manager was beyond rude. I spent a lot of money on the floor, paid full price (200 a night) for a room and was treated like s*** during their off season. I would rather stab myself in the eye than step foot in the Golden Nugget again. On a good note, went on to C******** 40 miles down the road and had a blast. Don't give these p***** your money.
