Golden Capital Services LLC Did not refund Origination Fee Marietta GA
Communicated with a James Charles about gettting an unsecured loan. I was told I needed to make a $450 origination fee to process the loan and then they could process the loan. I made the payment. Then, he proceeded to tell me the following day that the loan need me to make another $1,500 payment for insurance. After a couple of days of haggling, he wrote me this "We can't refund you now because your loan has been process for transfer, you are getting funded today just to prove to you that you are getting it all wrong I am giving you a 100% guarantee on the safe delivery of your loan today once we receive the payment of $500. Kindly adhere to this advice and proceed with the payment and see your load transfer to you today.” My response was simply refund my fee as I do not with to move forward with the loan.
