The customer drove the vehicle off road and the vehicle end up in a body of water. The customer took the vehicle to a new car dealership and they determined that the vehicle had fresh water damage. The dealer end up making some incorrect remarks in the repair order. The new car dealer ended up selling the customer a new vehicle. We refunded the money in lieu of extensive legal expenses.
