goldcrest services used truck rip off phoenix arizona
i am a full time student at asu and i also work part time and i borrowed $4000.00 from my mom to buy a reliable vehicle. i bought a 1988 nissan 4x4 from goldcrest services in phoenix. three days after i bought it it broke down. after having two mechanics look at it it was diagnosed that it needed $3000.00 worth of work to get it running right. i took it back to the place i bought it from and they said they would fix it. now they are accusing me of driving the truck into a lake or river, which is not true. now they will not give me the truck back until i pay for everything. i do not even want the truck back i just want my money back and they will not cooperate with me at all.

The customer drove the vehicle off road and the vehicle end up in a body of water. The customer took the vehicle to a new car dealership and they determined that the vehicle had fresh water damage. The dealer end up making some incorrect remarks in the repair order. The new car dealer ended up selling the customer a new vehicle. We refunded the money in lieu of extensive legal expenses.
