Goe3, Jezlin Media, LLC owes me thousands of dollars, misrepresents itself to investors metro Phoenix, AZ Internet
Metro Phoenix, AZ - based Goe3 (aka Jezlin Media, LLC) is engaged in a fundamentally deceptive marketing campaign of their private placement stock. While they claim to have been 'in business' for 5+ years; Goe3/Jezlin Media LLC has a grand total of TWO electric vehicle (EV) charging stations [Tucson and Picacho Peak, AZ]...does that bear any resemblance ro a nationwide network?
And: they are unable to (or refuse to) provide a simple profit/loss statement...furthemore, their founder/president/CEO Edward Bruce Brimacombe is a convicted felon who served time in prison for securities and mail fraud.
The majority of the assumptions/projections in the Goe3/Jezlin Media, LLC private placement memorandum (PPM) are pure fantasy...and, contrary to the Goe3/Jezlin implications, the company provides absolutely zero proprietary products or services of any kind.
Finally: while they claim their EV charging stations are 'universal', the fact is that they are unable to charge the Tesla Model S (or future Tesla electric vehicles).
