Go Smith is a fraudulent company with internet only interaction. The have been billing my credit card for years, and refuse to remove me from their lead program. I tried a dozen times to be removed from their lead program by opting out through the telephone but it never actually removes me as I continue to get leads every few weeks. Or perhaps they keep adding me again.
Also once they have your credit card info they will use it to keep billing you. The only method I have found that works is to have the credit card company change my credit card number. This is an inconvienance, as is constantly filing disputes with the credit card company when GoSmith bills you. I want contractors looking for new business to know to avoid this company at all costs, cause it will be the worst mistake you make signing up with them. Customers should also know that GoSmith is a waste of time, and to use another service to find a contractors THey charge contractors between $20-50 per lead.
