o Bank account was closed after they deposited my checks and held them for 15 days. My account was closed for no reason after depositing several checks. I couldn't stop then checks or cancel them out, and was told they could be deposited somewhere else. These were transported via Mobile banking so I had hard copies of checks. Deposited checks again intro another account, I was told checks cleared in my Go Bank accout. I checked my Go Bank account and saw checks cleared but couldn't take money out. Contacted them and was told the money was being g reissued to he issuer.and it could take weeks to get new checks or payments. They were rude and did not care at all, I was hung up after asking questions. I was called names and talked down too.

From what you said, you did deposit multiple checks into the account. The activity might have trigger their fraud protection system. A normal person would not be given multiple checks in a short period of time. It is an odd activity. If you are doing a business and you are getting paid by checks from various customers, then you wouldn't be using an online bank like this but rather a local bank.
You could also check on their site -- https://m.gobank.com/faq/mobile-deposit -- to see what are the types of checks that cannot be deposited using mobile deposit.
Just a thought.
