Globe Home Protection This company is a FRAUD dont waste your MONEY orlando Florida
WE bought a home in Florida- and purchased a 1 year warranty from Home globe Protection-in June are a/c unit went out-it took me over 1 week to finally get a hold of someone to write the claim-they took another 7 days to send someone out- we requested a full refund of the warranty- before they even sent someone out- because we had to get it fixed- they stalled-then the day we canceled- they sent out a handy man- not even a hvac serviceman-and he did nothing- I spent over 4000 in repairs , they dont want to cover anything- now they dont even want to give the refund- Please dont use this company--your wasting your money-I am taking them to small claims court-this is just a quick summary of this crappy comany- you wont be able to reach the claims debt- you will never reach the accting debt- the only ones you can reach is in sales-and they will try to transfer you to claims- and get disconnected or busy signal-you can never get though to them- I am calling real estate brokers in my area and orlando fl- to inform them of this company -and not to use them ever again-they screwed the wrong guy
