This boiler-room collection agency is located somewhere in the bowels of India, yet they make repeated harassment phone calls at inconvenient times and places, via a call center in New Jersey, in an effort to fraudulently collect non-existent debts. They claim to have a P.O. box in San Rafael, California, but with a scam outfit like this nothing is certain, except that they need to be stopped and brought to justice for their crimes.
