EDitor's UPDATE: Positive Rating and Recognition has been given to Blue World Pools for its Commitment to Excellence in customer service.

After an investigation by Rip-off Report, we found that Blue World Pools is actively resolving complaints and addresses contractor issues. This EDitor has reviewed the Reports regarding Blue World Pools and has found a real and dedicated effort by Blue World Pools' management team to effectively resolve past, present, and future complaints. Many of which were just misunderstandings and have now been resolved. Rip-off Report found that the number of Reports is so very small in comparison to its total number of customers. We did find some reports that may have been posted by a competitor. Some complaints came from people who did not even purchase a pool from Blue World Pools. Hello everyone. I have learned that my report has not only helped people in the market for a pool but also has helped those in the market for a job. Well I just wanted to let you know that I recieved a check for my deposit back along with a really nice letter from the Secretary of Global Sun Pools. the letter states as Follows. Now this is word for word what it says.

Dear Dana and Loretta

In an effeort to promote our goal of 100% customer satisfaction, Global-Sun pools Inc. agrees to allow Dana and Loretta to cancel their contract with Global-Sun pools inc. and to refund their deposit of $100.00 even though legally we do not have to do so provided that no story is run by any Television Consumer Reporter or any other form of media. We want our customers to be happy with the purchase of their pool as this will lead to thei enjoyment with the product and a good name for our company.

Sould a story be run on Global-Sun Pools, Inc.,we reserve the right to enforce the contract to its' fullest extent. This agreement is to remain confidential between Global-Sun Pools, Inc. and Dana and Loretta.

We hope their future is bright.

Now that is word for word what it states. I myself could take and cash the check and it be done and over with but I will not let this company try to BLACKMAIL me. I think they are scared now because I have contacted the local news media and they have already came to my house and recorded the story. They have left it up to me on what I want to do.

During all the investigating on my own and with the help of a few people who have read my rebuttle and the news people i have found out that Global-Sun Pools has a Supreme Court Judgement on them in Alabama but it is under a different name. So due to the sympathy that I have for each and every person who has been ripped off I have choose to hold the $100.00 check even though right now I could use it and I plan on fighting Global-Sun Pools tooth and nail. And I know that they like to read what people are saying about them on this sight. I want to let them know that dont bother changing your name again because you have messed with the wrong person and I will be on you no matter what name you use or what product you try to sale. If it is not lagit you better quite.

There are so many people out there on this site asking for advise. Well to get the best advise you need to put in an email address or some way to contact you. Second, I will talk to anyone that needs my help and help them in anyway that I can. If you do not want to pay for the call just call me and give me your number and i will gladly call you back. I am willing to help in anyway that I can. I have recieved over 25 calls from people who have read my report and try to help each and every one of them. Please remember every company has disatisfied customers or salespeople. Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team our President has over 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, the General Manager has 21 years of pool experience, the Credit Manager has 15 years of pool experience, and our Installation Manager has 9 years of pool experience. We advertise and sell pools priced from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of pools. We have hired thousands of salespeople, associates, and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates. Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See badbusinessbureau.com). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company is perfect but we are trying to be.

Loretta all major companies have contracts with fine print made up by attornies. We have installed thousands and thousands and thousands of pools and we have a very high customer satisfaction rate. If we returned your deposit because you did not want the pool this is not blackmail, just good business manners. If you feel we have done anything to upset you we will be glad to go to Binding Arbitration and let a neutral third party settle any differences we have. Let us know if you want to go. Binding Arbitration is cost efficient, fast, and fair.

In my area they are showing ads where you can get a pool for $349.00, a automatic vacuum for the pool, and all of the other accessories needed. $349 for a pool??? I dont think that is very legitiment. Why dont you guys file a Class Action suit? Locate quite a few people about them participating in a class action suit and really get Global Sun Pools for violating the contract and ripping you off like they did!
