Everyone, please stop rebutting prior reports and start filing your own, as I did, so that the numbers really count. And if anyone new to this website has a complaint against this company, please file your own report and don't rebutt someone else's (unless you are disagreeing with them).
I am an ex-employee of Global Sun and I would like to know why something can't be done to permanently take down this company with so many past aliases due to its faulty practices??? They have poor quality pools, make false promises and do not stand behind their promises to the consumer, and then won't pay their employees after they have been brainwashed into thinking they are selling something they can be proud of?
They have faulty advertising in newpaper ads for getting "suckers" to sell their products, and they deceive consumers in their TV ads. They cannot do business from one year to the next using the same company name because of consumer actions against them.

How many hardworking salespeople have to lose wages earned and how many consumers have to lose their income and homes before anyone will put a stop to them? (Where are lawyers when you really need them?)

Please remember every company has disatisfied customers or salespeople. Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team the President has 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, the General Manager has 21 years of pool experience, the Credit Manager has 15 years of pool experience, and our Installation Manager has 9 years of pool experience. We advertise and sell pools priced from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands of pools. We have hired thousands of salespeople, associates, and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates. Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See badbusinessbureau.com). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company is perfect but we are trying to be. Dianece - Florence, Alabama you make a lot of strong statements in your report, you state, "that we have poor quality pools, make false promises, that we deceive consumers in our TV ads." You also state that we don't "pay our employees". This report is simply filled with untruths. We sale a great product that we do stand behind. If we tell someone we are going to do something we do it. We also go beyond what is called for in many cases to make sure our customers are happy. Dianece we have also never short changed a salesperson for any money that is due them. I would also like to point out that our ads are reviewed and approved by each Television Station before they are run. We would like for you to call us Dianece and arrange to go to Binding Aribitration. We will let you present your side and then we will present our side. We will let a neutral third party decide who is right and who is wrong and also who owes who money. I'm not sure you won't owe us for Business Slander. We will be happy to post the Arbitrator's ruling on this Rip-Off Report. Call us immediately as we look forward to getting you to Binding Arbitration Dianece.
